Merchant’s House, Glasgow

Lunchtime concert organised by Westbourne Music. Reviewed 13 July 1990 in the Scotsman by Conrad Wilson who said “Instrumental versions of island mouth-music completed with a hauntingly slow, soft Gaelic song, voiced by Miss Peacock like some Scottish equivalent of one of those sad, ancient Spanish laments which turned up recently at the Edinburgh Festival. Mr Dunlop should give the Whistlebinkies, too, a morning slot at the Queen’s Hall.”
